Wim Hof Method Retreat in a unique and rustic location in Liguria (IT), with two experienced and certified WHM Instructors Mario Ströhlein, Bechara El Khouri and our local magician Seba.

We will spend the week in and around a former olive mill with beautiful terrasses right next to a beautiful river. The place itself already helps to shut down from everyday life stress and to connect to nature. We will experience an intro into the WHM, guided Wim Hof Breathwork with live music, hiking in nature to waterfalls, group connection activities, meditation, amazing food from our own garden and of course ice baths in a “dolce vita – setting”.

Basic accommodation in tents, limited rooms available on extra cost. 

No electricity, no WIFI. Only dolce vita!
