Wim Hof Method Weekend on the highest campsite of the UAE with two experienced and certified WHM Instructors Mario Ströhlein, Bechara El Khouri and our mountainguide Fadi from Adventurati Outdoor.
We will experience a intro into the WHM, guided Wim Hof Breathwork in our beautiful bedouin tent with live music, hiking up to the peak Jebel Jais, group connection activities, meditation, amazing food from the local tribes and of course ice baths with epic views into the valleys of Oman and the city of RAK. We will spend the whole weekend outside and connect to ourselves, nature and the group.
Under the shining stars we will rest in a tent and feel the magic of a night in the mountains.
